Panorama® Pans is only available in the built-in version and is developed with a pitch dedicated to holding standard gelato pans, or else replaceable with accessories to display cakes or individual portions. It comes with a dedicated tritan tray and enlarged double glazed door. With Panorama®Pans, the gelatoshould be displayed with a service level at 100 mm (3.93”) from the upper glass.

STRUCTURE

• Foam-insulated structure made from 60-mm thick polyurethane with density 40 kg/ m3 with sunken coil in copper piping and expansion valve.
• Exterior made from galvanised sheet metal. inner tank of AISI 304 stainless steel with 2B finish and central drain that can be connected to the waste outlet with a non-return valve.
• Upper perimeter frame of injection-moulded TRITAN: it can be removed so that the tank can be cleaned.
• Built-in stainless steel top with Scotchbrite finish.

LIGHTING AND GLASS CLOSURE SYSTEM

• LED illuminated perimeter frame including food-grade PVC seal for airtight closure of the top glass. The seal can be replaced.
• Pyrolytic. tempered and heated double-glazed door. with servo-controlled closure.
• Flavour signs integrated within the glass opening system profile on the customer side. When open. the glass serves as a barrier between product and customer.

VENTILATED REFRIGERATION

• Internal air mixer to even out the temperature and allow perfect conservation of the gelato. available in the versions with condenser unit (UC) or without condenser unit (NUC).
• Manual defrosting with system stop.
• Electronic control panel with digital display to view the internal temperature.
